Labor rate $120.00
My labor rate is $120.00 outside of services, at least on paper it is. There's a lot of "other work" and unseen labor to having a repair shop. I heavily lean people towards services and that is because very rarely do machines actually break down due to a part failure, and usually a failure due to a lack of maintenance. I don't sugar coat things here nor am I interested in making big corporations more money putting out inferior products. My interest is your machine working and lasting as intended. In turn working out for both myself and customers. That's how we have done things here and how we got where we are and I don't intend on changing.
