Tecumseh 8hp 1" horizontal shaft snow engine

Engine was rebuilt with new OEM Tecumseh connecting rod, OEM rings and gasket set and rigid honed with lisle rigid hone and finish honed with a ball flex hone. Exhaust valve guide was reamed and oversized and OEM oversized exhaust valve installed. The intake valve was refaced and both valve seats were re-cut and lapped. Engine has been test run and stored with ethanol free fuel API rated CH-4 oil with zinc ZDDP anti wear additives. Starts and runs as a good old Tecumseh should. This will fit most older Ariens snowblowers some Toro power max machines or anything requiring a 1 inch shaft.
