Service Description

We are capable of diagnosing, servicing, repairing both pump and engine side of things. As with all outdoor power equipment pumps need to be serviced and maintained as many times when they fail the cost and availability of parts sends them to the scrap yard as well as rust and corrosion has taken over making repairs impossible or simply not cost effective. Machines need to be cleaned, serviced and lubricated to ensure they meet their life expectancy and aiding in making any future major repairs possible. a pump service will look something like this, will vary slightly from machine to machine. -Oil change using small engine specific oil -Fuel system drain, flush, and fill with Sunoco optima 95 ethanol free fuel -Carburetor cleaning and repair -Valve adjustment a commonly dismissed service item that greatly effects engine performance, ease of starting, and engine running temps -NGK spark plug replacement -test run and verify run-ability....Run-ability this simply means is the engine truly running as it should and where DIY services fail as this step is skipped or not understood. -Pump and housing will be cleaned internally -Entire unit will be cleaned -The pump itself will be tested to ensure it will actually pump water as intended this is tested with vacuum readings and specs from the manufacturer. -We are capable of rebuilding the pump if we can get them apart and again this usually boils down to maintenance or lack of in many cases as to weather or not this is possible. -Pump services are $165.00 plus parts and product anything outside the service is parts and labor based on manufacture labor times
