Service Description

The goal for zero-turn start-up services is preventative maintenance and decreasing "Downtime", increasing productivity. I have over 20 years of experience in commercial landscaping as a laborer, crew leader and head of maintenance I understand the importance of properly running equipment. The companies I worked for that spent the money on proper service were the ones that had minimal "break-downs" and "downtime" -Thorough inspection, check of function, and run-ability. -Oil change using API-rated CJ-4 Oil with Zinc ZDDP anti-wear additives for the high heat demands of commercial engines -NGK spark plugs -EFI and Carburated fuel system cleanings if necessary. -Any adjustments including tracking, brake, belts, and blade engagement. -Thorough cleaning including removing all caked-up grease on hydro pumps, motors and engines that increase heat and wear. -Lubrication and grease of wheels, castors, spindles, and controls. -Hydraulic service and air-bleed using quality manufacture recommended products -Valve adjustments, an often overlooked dismissed service item that greatly affects engine run-ability, power, and engine running temps. -Blades are removed, sharpened, balanced, reinstalled, and torqued to manufacture recommendations (blade torque greatly affects spindle bearing wear on some styles of spindles) -Decks are scraped clean and coated with fluid film a non-toxic lanolin-based rust inhibitor that will slow the rusting process and aid in keeping grass from sticking to the deck for some time. (it will not harm grass) -Machines are test run and idle, governed idle, and top no load speeds are checked and adjusted either with a scan tool for EFI engines or a digital tachometer for carburated engines. -Most minor repairs can be made within the service. -Any major repairs are parts and labor based on manufacture labor rate warranty times that I tend to trim down as we are part way there with the service. -Your machines will work properly and efficiently after a service.
